专利摘要:
The efficiency of work for constructing the roof, the external walls and the like of a house will be greatly improved if the architectural material is standardized and designed to minimize the processing which must be made at the site. To this end, there is provided a specific profile of an architectural panel material, i.e. a substantially inverted T-shaped profile mainly consisting of a main body section having an inclined area, and an overlapping head section having an overlapping area continuous with and projecting toward the upper side from the inclined area. Remarkable effects, in addition to above stated advantages, are derived from this profile, such as preventing infiltration of rainwater into the back side of the panel, improved mechanical strength, and an attractive three-dimensional appearance of the finished roof and external wall.

(54) ROOF COATING ELEMENT
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to construction and is intended to cover the edges and walls. A known roofing element includes a plate, on one side of which a protrusion is made to be hooked into the roof sheathing. The disadvantage of this roofing element is the low reliability of fastening. In addition, the connection of the elements does not give a leak-proof, leak-proof seam. Closest to the proposed element of the roof covering vk.t1yucha plate with edges bent downwards 2. However, this element also does not provide a snug fit to the adjacent element and, moreover, requires a complex and lengthy installation process. The purpose of the invention is to provide a tight and reliable connection, improving assembly performance and simplifying installation. This goal is achieved by the fact that the roof covering element, including a plate with edges bent down, is provided with an additional element forming a protrusion on one side of the plate, and its free edges and side adjacent to the additional element have edges bent to the side opposite to the plate edges. . In this case, there are options for filling the surface of the plate between the edges with heat insulating material. In addition, the downward edges of the plate can be provided with ribs. FIG. Figure 1 shows the element of the roof covering, general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - surface, covered with elements, top view; in fig. 4 cut B-Bnafig. 3; in fig. 5-element with heat insulating material. The roof covering element includes plate 1, downward bent edges 2, additional element 3 with edges 4 and 5 bent to the side opposite the plate edges, and plate edge 6 on the side of the additional ect, cement, fins 7 and heat insulating material 8 made from blank. by bending or stamping, i- is a single piece.
Additional element 3 is intended for overlapping adjacent elements. It has a flat surface that is rectangular or close to a rectangular shape. Its edges 5 on the right and left margins are made with a slope that increases towards the plate. They prevent rainwater from flowing and increase the rigidity of the element,
Thus, the additional element is an attachment for the connection of two adjacent panels and a fastening element, as well as an increase in the elasticity of plate 1,
The folded edges 2 of the plate 1 play the role of walls, which form a narrowing space, creating the impression of a three-dimensional coating element. This space can be filled with insulant 8 — polyurethane foam, mineral wool, glass wool, porous gypsum, or other thermal insulation materials.
The element is set in the following way.
An element is laid on the supporting surface 9, attached with nails 10 at any place of the overlapping area. Then place other elements above it so that the edge 2 comes into contact with the 4 axis of the additional element 3 bent upwards. The subsequent elements are placed in the same sequence, attached by nails. The overlapped portion of the coating element serves as a support for connecting the elements superimposed on the top, and also prevents rainwater from flowing through.
The elements of the proposed design allow the choice of the width of the joined elements, which are completely manufactured at the factory. The sloping areas are superficial, creating a pleasant, inward-looking appearance and impression of volume. Installation of elements is less labor-intensive, which increases productivity and reduces the cost of work.
